This position will operationally report to the Global COO of Publicis Media to infuse Groupe product data and technology requirements and foster collaboration across the Groupe. This position will partner closely with the Global Chief Solutions Officer, Groupe Solutions who will support with creating business requirements for the system.

Job Description

The GrowthOS Product lead will be responsible for the GrowthOS, across Publicis Media, as a product inclusive of planning, investment, activation, and delivery applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project management, user experience design, data science, and front and back-end development teams.

The leader will work collaboratively with data and applications partners both inside and outside the Groupe to bring multichannel functionality and analytics to the platform.

Currently, the Groupe envisions the ideal candidate to implement the following:

  • Delivering the integration roadmap, platform as a service (PaaS) plan and self-serve enablement

  • Develop a prioritized implementation queue

  • Run Agile scoping sprints to configure GrowthOS by client and needed use cases

  • Supervise all implementation tasks by client

  • Catalog and manage an IP library by use case

  • Log future development sprints

The GrowthOS Product lead should be a proven expert in product management, strategy, product planning, and user experience, and have direct experience with business development, product marketing, agency service frameworks, and organizational design.

Candidates will be successful when they:

  • Drive progress in solution design via building and maintaining integrated planning, investment, activation/delivery, and cross Groupe utilities

  • Own program deliverables and disciplined in documentation build, including managing an IP library of use cases

  • Develop solution hypotheses iteratively, based on user research, industry, and market analysis

  • Establish objective goals for products with success and acceptance criteria using KPIs and quantifiable business outcomes

  • Build trusted relationships across the various Publicis teams, organizations, and partners for intentional collaboration

  • Are an excellent creative thinker with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions

  • Can look at the larger picture with a strategic perspective, balanced with an eye for detail

Candidates stand out when they:

  • Provide purpose, direction, and motivation to team, clarifies, and communicates program objectives and success criteria

  • Express expertise around digital transformation and the wider Martech and Adtech ecosystem

  • Maintain awareness of the current industry environment that shapes opportunities for client solutions (i.e., news events, trends, mergers, and acquisitions, etc.)

  • Masterfully apply Agile practices and frameworks

  • Have experience working with co-located and virtual teams

  • Have excellent judgment while working on high-priority, confidential initiatives

Qualifications

The successful candidate should have:

  • BA/BS in Business, Economics, or Strategy-related discipline

  • 15-17 years of relevant experience with marketing and media agencies or adjacent capabilities, such as ad- and mar-tech firms, consultancies, or client-side marketing organizations

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills when determining how to best solve market and product management challenges

  • Proficiency in analyzing workflows and relevant processes, with strategic recommendations based on business objectives

  • Demonstrated skills in slide design, analysis, writing, communication, and cross-functional collaboration

Compensation Range: $241,000 - $325,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
