Who You Are

With a background in B2B SaaS, you excel at planning and executing events that resonate with target audiences and align with business objectives. You have a keen eye for logistics and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that every detail is covered from start to finish. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills enable you to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers. Your Success Profile What You Will Work On

  • Event Planning & Roadmap Strategy- Develop and execute event strategies that align with business goals, focusing on increasing brand awareness, generating leads, accelerating pipeline, and building community.

  • End-to-End Event Management- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of events, including logistics, vendor relations, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site execution.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with stakeholders across the org including marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure event alignment with overall company objectives and messaging.

  • Vendor and Venue Management- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure high-quality event experiences.

  • Content Development- Collaborate with internal teams to brief event content, including presentations, workshops, and enablement materials that resonate with our target audience.

  • Audience Engagement- Design and implement strategies to maximize attendee engagement before, during, and after events, utilizing tools like social media, email campaigns, and surveys.

  • Post-Event Analysis- Collect and analyze data from events to assess effectiveness, ROI, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights for future events.

  • Budget Management- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all activities are executed within budget while maximizing impact.

  • Brand Representation- Serve as a brand ambassador at events, ensuring that all event aspects reflect Justworks' values and brand identity.

  • Continuous Improvement- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event planning and B2B marketing to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of events.

  • Community Partnerships- Establish and manage new and existing community partnership opportunities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end event production from strategy to execution for large scale events (corporate, event startup, or agency background preferred)

  • B2B experience required

  • Event marketing and activation experience a must

  • Demonstrated expertise in both sides of an event P&L

  • Demonstrated ability to work well with different personalities in a fast-paced environment

  • Must have proficiency in Google Suite, Asana, Salesforce. Experience with Swoogo is a plus.

  • Exceptional writing and organizational skills

  • Independent, self-reliance problem solver in a cross-functional environment

  • Excellent and structured verbal and written communicator with effective presentation skills

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on calendar of events, including nights and weekends

    The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $86,000.00 to $94,600.00 per year.

    Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
