ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Information:

As the ERP Implemenation Manager at OTG, you will be responsible for driving the ERP implementation project initiatives with a specific focus on Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. You will lead the project from inception through execution, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, activation, and support . This role involves close collaboration with operations, cross-functional teams, and technical experts to achieve successful deployment and adoption of Oracle SCM solutions.

  • Supply Chain Business Transformation: Lead the design and implementation of standardized Supply Chain business processes across Procurement, Planning, Inventory Management, and related functions. Collaborate with the program management office to resolve complex issues and ensure smooth adoption of new processes across the business.

  • Engage and Collaborate with the Business: Partner with business stakeholders to understand and document supply chain requirements, driving alignment between business needs and the Oracle SCM platform. Influence process improvements, tools, and operating models to enhance efficiency.

  • ERP Leadership: Act as a key member of the ERP implementation team, contributing to the definition of SCM requirements, and driving implementation with a focus on people, processes, and technology alignment.

  • Technical and Functional Leadership: A deep understanding of supply chain processes within Oracle ERP is essential. You must be familiar with key integration points, system configuration options, data migration, and master data management within SCM modules. You must be willing to be hands-on with the OTG data and processes to develop a complete understanding of the business and how it can be optimized through our ERP.

  • Change Management: Collaborate closely with the Change Management team to champion new processes and support employee adoption across the supply chain functions.

  • Program Life-Cycle Management: Support the program management office in achieving key milestones and goals for the Oracle SCM implementation. Oversee all aspects of the ERP implementation life cycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, cutover, and deployment.

  • Partnerships: Work with cross-functional teams to align on process redesign, standardization, and system adoption. Collaborate effectively with the System Integrator (SI) team and maintain a strong, productive working relationship.

  • Program Governance: Assist in preparing for ERP Steering Committee Meetings. Lead and attend business process discussions, ensuring that decision-making processes align with program objectives and are well documented.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Evolve into an SME role to support supply chain system users with training, troubleshooting, system design, process enhancements, and improvements.

    Responsibilities:

  • Create, m aintain and monitor project plans, schedules, and deliverables .

  • Document and follow up on key actions and decisions from meetings.

  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings.

  • Provide administrative support as needed.

  • Ensure adherence to project frameworks, maintaining proper documentation.

  • Work closely with the training and development team to lead training initiatives and promote efficiency.

  • Create and maintain a project management calendar for tracking goals and objectives .

    Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on ERP implementations, specifically in Supply Chain modules like Procurement, Planning, Inventory Management, etc.

  • Proven experience in data migration and go-live for large-scale ERP systems.

  • Strong understanding of Oracle SCM modules and their workflows .

  • Experience managing projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience with Monday.com or other project management tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while meeting aggressive deadlines.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
