Essential Job Functions

The environmental due diligence consultant will conduct all aspects of a Phase I Environmental Site Assessments or similar environmental due diligence evaluations. The applicant must be willing to travel and handle multiple projects at the same time.

Required Education and Experience

• Minimum Bachelors of Science or Arts degree.
• Must have NYC Asbestos Inspector certification
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience conducting environmental due diligence assessments.

Physical Demands, Overtime, and Travel Requirements

Physical Demands- Work is performed primarily in an office setting, and the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. The position requires the ability to speak, write, and communicate clearly. Employee may lift and move up to 50 pounds.

There may be occasions where overtime (or working after regular business hours) will be required to meet the demand of the position.

Travel Requirements- Travel up to 25% and include overnight trips.

The Salary Range for this position is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 and is dependent on education, experience, location and certifications/licensure.
