This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the eDiscovery team, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of a traditional Senior Consultant. The ideal person for this role will not only have a strong grasp of eDiscovery methodologies, tools, and technologies but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks.In this role, you will be an integral part of our innovative eDiscovery initiatives, working closely with the Digital Investigation & Discovery group. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the success of high-profile projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. From leading eDiscovery projects to providing expert advice on best practices, the Senior Consultant will be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology and legal strategies.The eDiscovery team is known for its dynamic and collaborative environment, where creativity and strategic thinking are highly valued. We value proactive professionals eager to contribute to our mission and grow with us.Job Responsibilities Include:Develop and implement workflows to solve complex data-related challenges, aligning with senior-level objectives, and ensuring the success of eDiscovery projects.Execute tasks involving the identification, organization, collection, processing, review, and production of electronic data, actively contributing to the overall project success.Prepare summaries, data visualizations, written analyses, and other presentations to support senior leadership decision-making.Manage time and tasks efficiently, meeting client deadlines and supporting the broader goals of eDiscovery projects.Participate actively in internal and external meetings, providing valuable insights in the eDiscovery field.Generate consistent and thorough documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and supporting project processes.Engage in communication with clients, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to ensure timely completion of tasks, establish project goals, and review associated costs.Lead efforts to ensure high-quality client work product across project teams, demonstrating expertise and guidance in the eDiscovery field.Manage the processing of collected data, including data culling, filtering, and reduction techniques, providing expertise in Nuix and Relativity.Support the document review lifecycle, utilizing various technologies to identify responsive documents and offering Relativity consulting services.Advise clients on leading practices for legal holds, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.Oversee the preparation and production of information for legal proceedings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.Implement quality control measures throughout the eDiscovery process to validate data accuracy and defensibility.Stay up-to-date with eDiscovery software, tools, and emerging technologies to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.QualificationsRequired QualificationsB.S. or B.A. degree from a four-year accredited college or university in law, data analytics, information technology, economics, forensics, and/or additional related fields1+ years of experience in eDiscovery consultingStrong knowledge of eDiscovery tools, document review platforms, and litigation support technologies.Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks related to electronic discovery.Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to lead team-oriented projects and tasks within a fast-paced environmentAdvanced decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure, as well as a strong attention to detailStrong work ethic, eagerness for continued development, and motivation to succeedAbility to interact confidently with senior team members and clientsAbility to learn and demonstrate new technologies and workflowsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalPreferred QualificationsExperience with eDiscovery tools including - but not limited to - Relativity, Disco, Nuix, Brainspace, Reveal, IPro, Concordance, etc.Experience with database programming languages and/or forensic tools a plus, including - but not limited to - SQL, Oracle, Python, Visual Basic, Cellebrite, Encase, FTK, etc.Experience supporting senior executives in eDiscovery matters.Familiarity with data privacy and protection regulations.Demonstrated success in managing large-scale eDiscovery projects.Physical and Mental Job QualificationsMust be able to sit for long period of timeMust be comfortable to work in a remote and/or hybrid environmentMust be flexible to work outside of the 8:30am - 5:30pm business hours if neededMust be flexible to travel Additional InformationSome of the Benefits We Have Include J.S.
