Responsible for managing the partnership strategy, mutually agreed goals, and activation efforts , set revenue growth direction and enable revenue scale for the organization. Negotiate legal and financial agreements to underpin the partner models which are prioritized as part of the global strategy Drive Moody's field sales engagement with partners in co-sell, reseller, referral and teaming models Business planning, product and sales training, marketing events, demand generation Build and manage strategic relationships with partnership executives and sales executives to ensure the highest levels of efficient operational interaction, with the objective of creating or accelerating new business & mutually beneficial relationships Drives effective and transparent communication with partners for the best partner/customer experience Work closely with strategy leads, product managers, Go to Market (GTM) leads and partners to capitalize on the potential of each program/engagement Help operationalize unique partner models and GTM strategies Manage partners effectively with a clear governance process, with executive quarterly business reviews, monthly status meeting, and other governance activities as required Provide input into competitive sales enablement collateral and tools in the form of presentations, briefs, white papers and web site content to support Moody's solution within the partner's offering Responsible and accountable for managing the partnership activation budget Utilize metrics and processes to measure partner success, providing analysis and recommendations that will continue program improvementQualifications 7-10+ years' experience developing and executing partner strategies Ability to develop with partners a quantifiable business case that will both establish and drive a strong mutually beneficial partnership that drives the partner's investment of both time and money Hunter mentality - ability to get in front of partner executives and show the value of partnering with Moody's to their business Track record of success and over-achievement in previous positions Experience in personally managing end to end partner enablement plans Passion for developing partnerships and creating consensus across stakeholders Strong time management skills, attention to detail and executive presence Experience in connecting with C-level Executives Resourceful, works quickly to proactively solve problems Poised, professional and articulate; excellent written and verbal communication skills Team Player - able to work well with all functional groups within Moody's Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is$160,100.00-$232,100.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
