Director, Employer Branding & Communications

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Director of Employer Branding and Communications plays a crucial role in crafting and promoting the company’s reputation as an employer of choice. This leader is responsible for developing and driving innovative global employer branding strategies that improve the organization’s appeal to prospective candidates while reinforcing engagement with current employees.

In this role, you will lead the global Center of Excellence (COE) coordinating cross-business collaboration for the Americas, EMEA and APAC, driving marketing campaigns that enable PVH to attract, engage and retain the best talent while maintaining a competitive advantage in our industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience in employer branding and/or talent acquisition, leading and influencing teams, with proven track record to build and manage relationships, balance daily execution with long-term strategy creation, developing programs to elevate our career platforms, technology and channels, and drive operational efficiencies.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Experience: 8-10 years

Work schedule: Hybrid, in office 3x a week Tues, Wed, Thurs

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience leading employer branding and communications on a global scale

  • Proficiency in the general recruitment process and the ways that employer brand, social media and recruitment marketing can impact the candidate experience and recruitment campaign results.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to champion and maintain collaborative relationships with teammates and business partners, including international teams.

  • Tried experience partnering with employer branding partners (e.g. external vendors, platforms or branding organizations) such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed

  • Ability to apply metrics to demonstrate success in building /strengthening a company’s employer branding proposition.

  • Able to synthesize and interpret data to tell compelling stories, ensure audience understanding and securing consensus.

  • Excellent research skills- always on top of industry changes and trends.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, Canva.

  • Proficiency handling digital channels like: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Glassdoor, Indeed, Business of Fashion to name a few.

  • Experience with recruitment programming like Appcast

  • Excellent written and verbal communicator with ability to listen, understand and account for different perspectives, and respond appropriately to varied audiences.

  • Driven and proactive and team-oriented demeanor with proactive approach and strong work ethic.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay Range:$155,000 - $180,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
