Director, Delivering Deal Value, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, New York, NY. Help clients achieve maximum value on their deal transactions by solving transformational and complex challenges through operational aspects of a transaction, pre- and post-completion. Conduct pre-deal and confirmatory due diligence, execute large-scale enterprise-wide integrations, and support complex divestitures and separations on a wide range of functional areas. Lead the practice by setting strategy, drive the development of new business in the market, and provide technical advice across disciplines. Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks, driving conclusions, and reviewing the produced output. Grow and develop teams through hands-on coaching and training. Supervise and coach teams.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $245,000 - $245,000/yr.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 7 years of related work experience, of which, at least 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 5 years of related work experience. Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:•Experience with Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures, including pre-deal operational due diligence, integration and separation planning and execution, synergy and cost savings analysis, and/or post-close transformation, with thorough knowledge of two or more of the following functional areas: Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Operations, and/or Sales and Marketing;•Securing new business development and project extensions, including client lead maturation, proposal development, and closing new business opportunities; and•Directing and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data.80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
