POSITION SUMMARY

This role is responsible for managing and leading consumer-focused marketing programs for a variety of segments across the consumer bank. This role will play a pivotal role in planning marketing campaigns, execution, project management and ensuring alignment with business and marketing goals and objectives. This role requires a heavy emphasis on data driven marketing, digital marketing, and multi-channel direct response marketing. Additionally, this role will design and execute the sales enablement content strategy and activation for our sales force. This position will be responsible for driving growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement within the B2C segments while meeting financial, marketing, regulatory, legal, operational, product, project, and strategic objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Develop B2C marketing plans that align with company and/or business segment revenue targets and segment goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign requirements, develop campaign plans, and execute marketing campaigns in support of B2C (consumer bank) segments and consumer objectives
  • Perform ongoing campaign management, optimization, planning, and execution of tactics across all channels.
  • Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets
  • Conduct A/B testing strategies across all channels and optimize campaigns based on real-time engagement.
  • Host and participate in team and stakeholder meetings to provide campaign updates as needed
  • Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations for campaign(s) and program(s) optimization
  • Manage reporting on the B2C portfolio of marketing programs and campaign calendars, working with senior management to provide updates to marketing plans and budgets as needed
  • Collaborates with Product Development, BI, and the Sales Planning teams as well as partner externally with 3rd party data providers and vendors to analyze marketing tactics to impact the continuous improvement of marketing results
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to adjust marketing plans as needed.
  • Utilize marketing automation and lead management tools to streamline tasks and workflows
Sales Enablement & Content Strategy

  • Design, develop, and execute our B2C sales enablement strategy, including which audiences to support, which channels to use, which resources to build, which formats are most effective, and which tools to leverage for our sales teams.
  • Develop and deploy a content and asset strategy that enables our field in support of our cross-sell and new client acquisition goals and supports targeted business verticals and product launches.
  • Oversees all sales content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer behavior.
  • Partner directly with our Product, Sales and Client Experience colleagues to design and execute against business objectives and goals.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations & Technology team to leverage existing technology capabilities and increase awareness of those tools in the LOBs
  • Partner with Marketing Operations & Technology team to identify additional technology, capabilities and tools needed to support sales efforts
Project Management & Execution
  • Responsible for managing projects that support B2C marketing programs
  • Create project budgets and timelines.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and vendors to create content.
  • Work closely with marketing team, product, sales, client experience and key leaders in the organization.
  • Ensure projects are developed on schedule and in-line with budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors.
  • Ensure clear communication to the field for all marketing programs.
  • Work closely with Marketing operations, legal and compliance teams to ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor's, and/or Master's) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required. Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration.
  • 8+ years of relevant professional marketing experience
  • B2C in the financial category experience
  • Extensive knowledge of digital, direct response and content marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in segmentation, testing, targeting, and experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
  • Hands-on experience in ideation and management of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Superior communications skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization
  • Strong project management skills and proven ability to prioritize high volumes of work from a multitude of sources while maintaining the highest quality standards, exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong leadership qualities and a collaborative attitude

The estimated salary range for this position is $145,000.00USD to $160,000.00USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
