Citigroup Digital Channel Lead Analyst VP in New York, New York

Digital Channel Lead Analyst will lead and execute Citi Existing Marketing strategies to drive customer engagement. The role will drive marketing execution in Citi’s Citibank Online and Mobile App post log in marketing placements. The Channel program manager will be supporting Marketing strategies across Citi Retail Bank, Cards and Mortgage – driving execution of strategies such as Lending, Spend, and Checking.

The Digital Channel Program manager is responsible for the delivery of those strategies to our existing customers – ensuring that marketing audience and the creative experience is deployed flawlessly to our customers. Key to success will be developing and leveraging strong partnerships across Citi's cross functional teams. Partner with subject matter stakeholder such as IT, Decision Management, Marketing, Risk, Legal and Compliance to deliver personalized, relevant, and timely communications through smarter targeting powered by Citi’s data infrastructure, real time offer decisioning engine, and technical platforms. The role will require strong communication and influence skills, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise and leadership for both audience and creative workstreams to facilitate the delivery of digital marketing programs across our Acquisitions, Personal Banking and Wealth Management businesses designed to drive increased product and digital engagement while delivering revenue through introducing new and relevant products and offerings.

  • Ensure delivery of relevant creative messaging within the platform and leverage real time data to enhance marketing strategies and partner to bring test opportunities to further expand marketing opportunities in the digital ecosystem.

  • Partner to generate the accurate audience and work with leading management audience tools (ie PEGA) and 3rd party partners to build comprehensive strategies.

  • Aid in reviewing campaign specifications and perform data and code (SAS-like) validations to ensure that the audience selected will meet business requirements.

  • Develop the resources and documentation to help marketers best execute campaigns in a timely manner in order to support goals while adhering to all Citi compliance and controls standards (MCRA, CBORC, etc.)

  • Partner closely with the technical platform teams (PEGA and Aprimo) to ensure campaign execution through agile scrum teams are as seamless as possible eliminate hurdles that negatively impact execution and revenue while continuing to drive process improvement to deliver more effectively and efficiently with real time decisioning in the offer decision engine.

  • Support internal and external audits and walk-throughs as required and ensure understanding and adherence to the regulatory requirements for the related activities.

  • Manage various requests balancing capacity across delivery teams that support digital marketing at Citi.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience.

  • Digital Experience preferably within Pega is a plus.

  • Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.

  • Creative problem solving and sense of ownership.

  • Solid communication, presentation and project management skills.

  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred.

$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
