Must have three (3) years of experience (5 years of experience with a Bachelor’s) with: cloud-native development and modern CI/CD practices; Java or Scala programming; Software Engineering including System Design, Data structures, and Algorithms; designing, developing, scaling and operating distributed systems with high-volume heterogeneous data; data modeling, data access, and data storage techniques; optimizing, testing, and troubleshooting data pipelines; production orchestration and scheduling of data pipelines; at least one of the following: high-level JVM-based processing framework such as Beam, Dataflow, Crunch, Scalding, Storm, Spark; highly scalable and reliable data for ML systems; and Data Engineering.
