The Team:

The Cybersecurity Operations (CSO) Services, Strategy, and Roadmap team (SSR) operates within the Cybersecurity Fusion Center organization to provide and facilitate adoption of medium- and large-scale solutions to all Cybersecurity Operations teams. SSR also provides strategy planning, development, and execution as well as resource optimization and total Book of Work management for CSO teams.

Cybersecurity Operations (CSO) minimizes risk and potential impact of cyber incidents through rapid response, efficient communications, intelligence-enabled analysis, and continuous exposure & vulnerability management. With a focus on emerging technologies, CSO is made up of best-in-class talent, providing hardened-but-simplified security operations for Citi staff, applications, infrastructure, and networks. The Cybersecurity Fusion Center (CSFC) provides the backbone of cyber operations, connecting and enabling the operational teams in CSO to efficiently address ever-changing threat and regulatory landscapes.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to oversee the Cybersecurity Operations (CSO) Book of Work and related transformational programs and projects. This lead will be responsible for organizing, planning, and prioritizing CSO project initiatives and drive some of the transformational efforts alongside the greater team. This position reports to the CSO SSR Group Manager and has joint accountability to the Global Heads of the Cybersecurity Fusion Center and Cybersecurity Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the total annual Book of Work for Cybersecurity Operations

  • Drives effort prioritization between CSO and partner teams

  • Develops and maintains project plans including all internal process navigation

  • Oversees investment collection, planning, and management for CSO teams

  • Owns implementation projects in existing tools/platforms and new products

  • Leads and facilitates executive briefings on Cybersecurity Book of Work/project progress

  • Manages stakeholder meetings for solution definition, development, and production

  • Supports ongoing management of Cybersecurity products and projects

  • Contribute to vendor exploration, relationship establishment, and negotiations

  • Assist in developing and running the framework of Operations Strategy for CSO

  • Coordinates regular strategic planning reviews with senior CSO management

Qualifications

  • 8+ years' experience working on Cybersecurity projects/programs with 2+ years' experience on Agile specific projects

  • Must have experience facilitating ServiceNow SaaS projects, preferably with SecOps and IRM/GRC modules

  • Strong proficiency with Jira or similar tools

  • Project Experience with Agile methodology, vendor engagement, and experience with managing consulting engagements

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams across complex and highly regulated organizations

  • Diverse problem-solving experience gained from driving change-leadership activities

  • Ability to structure less defined requirements into measurable tasks and milestones

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and secure buy-in from multiple levels of stakeholders and peer teams

  • Superior organization and experience managing many tasks and dynamic priorities simultaneously

  • Proven ability to listen to all levels of peers and stakeholders to ensure solutions processes support the most critical, if not all, needs as well as ability to ensure appropriate resource availability

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree in related field or equivalent experience

  • Master’s degree preferred

Certifications

  • PMP/PgMP or equivalent certifications

  • CISSP, CISM or the willingness to obtain within the first year of employment

$176,720.00 - $265,080.00
