Google Customer Success Manager, Google Marketing Platform, Agency in New York, New York

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in marketing with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and third-party measurement and App platforms.

  • Experience in video, display, app, and social advertising solutions.

  • Experience in digital advertising sales, product marketing, or product/project management.

  • Experience working for or with agencies.

  • Ability to build customer relationships and present solutions.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $101,000-$147,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and coordinate internal resources across many functional areas to meet customer needs.

  • Create learning agendas for client onboarding and ongoing enablement. Lead scaled training, work on product sessions, and account-specific activation sessions in partnership with Account Executives to drive business or platform/feature adoption and error mitigation.

  • Drive features adoption to ensure Third-Party Cookie Deprecation readiness and platform stickiness.

  • Build and maintain a strong knowledge of Google Marketing Platform product capabilities (with a focus on DV360 and CM360), how they integrate with one another and work with Google Cloud.

  • Maintain relationships with agency clients, serve as a liaison, answer agency inbound questions, platforms usage and features and resolve technical roadblocks, and understand their challenges and needs in order to enable their success with our tools.
