Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. Work You’ll Do Drive innovative and transformative solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients. Develop future-state business process and key design decisions for Information Technology and Operational environments. Conduct market analysis, including determining current and future competitive environments of business entities. Conduct technical enablement assessment to determine key process and organizational gaps in current business environment. Analyze industries to synthesize quantitative and qualitative financial market information, key players, and industry trends. Analyze financial statements and budgeting processes to identify cost levers for reduction and optimization. Assist clients in developing a shared services organization and improving back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes with a focus on stakeholder management via feasibility studies, global best practices and standards, industry benchmarks, and process scopes. • 50% Travel required nationally. • Telecommuting permitted. • Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following: • Developing and documenting internal business services processes and metrics consistent with six sigma and lean methodologies, utilizing Key Performance Metrics (KPIs), Agile Frameworks, Program Increment Planning Workshops, SharePoint, and RAID Logs; • Providing clients with industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling to produce analysis and algorithms utilizing Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Pareto Charts, Decision Trees, Segmentation, Target Market, and Consumer and Profitability Analyses; • Capturing business requirements, creating high-level design documents, and implementing analytical solutions using Roadmaps, Enterprise Capability Models, and Enterprise Technology and Data Infrastructures; • Working across all phases of the Strategic Choice Cascade for product and strategy insight solutions for enterprise-level clients;• Designing enterprise, customer and operating model strategies and advising clients on how to grow their business and achieve target cost structures, utilizing Industry Best Practices, Competitive Analysis, Customer and Market Analyses, Client Workshops, Excel, and Microsoft Power Point; • Designing and implementing transformations, enhancements, optimizations, and improved business processes that are flexible and resilient to changing operational strategy; • Designing and developing reports and dashboards to measure performance metrics of clients, utilizing Microsoft Visio, Power Point, KPIs, and Industry Taxonomies; and • Analyzing and visualizing data, drawing insights, and recommending solutions to specific client challenges, utilizing Excel, Power Point, Current State Assessment repositories, and Data Flow Diagrams.
