As a Platform Specialist within the Connect Wealth Program, you will serve as the subject matter expert, delivering the value proposition of our innovative Unified Managed Account platform, which represents over $640 billion in AUM across 900k accounts. Your role will encompass launching new capabilities to the salesforce, enhancing Advisor productivity through the platform's features and capabilities, and promoting adoption and proficiency of the new digital platform toolkit through effective practice management strategies. You will play a pivotal role in this high-profile program, which spans multiple lines of business and functions, with the aim to revolutionize the operating model for managed accounts and implement an intuitive technology platform that supports complex unified managed account strategies. This role is a top priority within our transformative program and enjoys strong senior leadership support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead training initiatives on our evolving UMA Platform & Program

  • Design and Customize advisor resources and trainings that effectively articulate the value proposition to their practice of the transformational changes ConnectWealth aims to deliver

  • Deliver training in various forums, leveraging digital/scalable mediums whenever possible

  • Provide insights on our platform/UMA Program to optimize Advisor experience, efficiency & productivity

  • Delivering the platform's capabilities for varying client preferences and buying behaviors

  • Synthesize and articulate program/platform capabilities and benefits to promote client acquisition/deepen client relationships

  • Be a Trusted partner to advisors on new features & capabilities

  • Provide insight on ConnectWealth program / expertise on questions (e.g., challenging transitions or portfolio construction toolkit questions)

  • Partner with Field Engagement/Advisors for complex/large client situations/pitches (e.g., customized portfolio recommendations, existing vs. proposed allocation analyses)

  • Drive Adoption - Critical partner in driving adoption and enhancing platform/program adoption/utilization through the facilitation of platform sales and retention strategies and campaigns

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 10 years of prior experience in financial services industry in Managed Accounts, wealth management or investments organizations

  • Advanced knowledge of managed investment products and/or investment advisory business

  • Prior experience creating and delivering high quality presentations used for executive level management communication and broad forums

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail; self motivated, resilient and goal oriented

  • Ability to work under tight timelines, with a track record of meeting deliverables and previously established metrics/performance measures

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies

  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders including Advisors, Senior Management, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Controls partners

  • Strong team player with ability to work with teams at all levels

  • Ability to quickly build relationships and influence colleagues, incl. technical and functional partners

  • Confident communicator with ability to provide clear and succinct verbal and written updates for all levels of the organization

  • Independent decision-making ability

  • Strong issue resolution/and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent analytical skills, communications and presentation skills

  • Ability to synthesize information to reach logical conclusions & present findings

  • Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
