About the team
Our Mason and Houston call center provides support for over 25 banking Partners merchant portfolios. These merchants have a banking relationship with these Partners. When the Partner calls in for merchant inquiries they call into our team Partner Assist.

What you will be doing
You will be providing a white glove customer experience via phone and also through cases from Partner Banks that include the following.
- Banker and branch support
- General service inquires
- (i.e. funding inquiries, statement inquiries or requests, online portal support)
- Merchant account maintenance
- (i.e. research & problem resolution, account closure requests, DDA changes, adding/removing products)
What you bring
- Provide hard work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to multitask from case work to phone calls.
- You know that the financial world is changing fast and you strive to be the subject matter expert in order to provide outstanding customer interactions.

- Banking or financial industry experience
- Experience working with a high volume call center with high profile clients.
