Overview

Methods+Mastery has an immediate opening for a talented, experienced Client Experience Lead who will lead and support our roster of Fortune 50 clients and our rapidly growing analytics & social media offerings. The Client Experience Lead will support a portfolio of the agency’s largest and fastest-growing accounts. This role requires strong client relation skills and a mastery of the analytics and social media landscape. Positions are available in Texas, California, Maryland, Virginia, Illinois, Missouri, Massachusetts and Washington, D.C. This position offers the opportunity for a hybrid set-up with work-from-home and work-from-office flexibility.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $88,200 - $108,000.

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications and geography. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off and/or other benefits also are available.

Responsibilities

  • Provide regular strategic counsel directly with senior clients and agency team.

  • Work collaboratively with a team of social and content strategists, planners, data analysts and creative designers.

  • Act as the main point of contact for our clients.

  • Guide and document briefing inputs from clients, including advising on methodologies, timeline and budget.

  • Map out client priorities.

  • Create project plans and timelines.

  • Track deliverables and progress against established timelines.

  • Understand individual team members’ strengths and allocate them to projects

  • Scope new project and service requests based on level of effort, resources and relevant client inputs; develop scope of work documents and staffing plans.

  • Actively stay up to date on platform changes, new offerings, best practices, and competitive case studies and provide unique POV and recommendations for our clients.

  • Manage budgets and resources, including monthly, quarterly and annual account forecasting.

  • Support the Insights, Strategy, Creative and Comms teams in understanding the clients’ needs and briefs.

  • Serve as the client’s advocate and “voice” in all internal meetings representing their needs, requirements and points of view.

  • Discover and secure opportunities to deepen the client relationship.

  • Contribute to Methods+Mastery’s culture of innovation and curiosity.

  • Grow our business with existing and new clients by collaborating on new business pitches and proposals, and consistently putting innovative ideas and approaches forward to our clients.

Qualifications

Must-haves:

  • 6-10 years of experience, preferably in an advertising, digital or PR agency.

  • Experience in a client-facing account management, social strategy/analytics or strategic advisor role, preferably in an advertising, social or digital marketing agency.

  • Understanding of analytics and their role in forming insights.

  • Comfort in finding the meaning in data, turning data into stories, and presenting data.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and present smart strategies with passion.

  • Strong ability to facilitate discussion, collaboration, and consultation with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Successful experience in a client-facing role with management responsibilities (project, account, people).

  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms & passion for staying up-to-day on changes and best practices – LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Pinterest, TikTok etc.

  • Working knowledge of social media monitoring and measurement tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Tubular, Facebook & Instagram Insights, YouTube Insights, TikTok Analytics, X Analytics, LinkedIn Insights).

  • Attention to detail with strong project management and prioritization skills; ability to manage ad-hoc requests in tandem with ongoing projects, working in partnership with a project/resource manager. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum-based project management principles is ideal.

  • Collaborative attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive and excel in a challenging fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to work flexibly to meet deadlines and collaborate with colleagues in different time zones.

  • Attention to detail with strong project management and prioritization skills; ability to manage ad-hoc reporting requests in tandem with ongoing projects.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Agency experience

  • Experience utilizing research and analytics to develop social media campaign strategy and/or content strategy based on insights. Comfort in finding the meaning in data and presenting data-driven strategy.
