McKinsey & Company Inc. US is seeking Client Activation Specialist. Run the Global SHaPE Client Activation reporting function. Coach regional client activation coordinators on data manipulation and cleaning techniques. Oversee the overall reporting process to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently. Ensure that the Practice's Investments dashboard is regularly updated with the latest key performance indicators (KPIs), and review the relevance of current KPIs. Propose innovative ways to present results, and analyze trends, successes, roadblocks, and areas for improvement. Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of the Practice's priorities to ensure that the dashboard accurately reflects the Practice's performance and investment allocation. Analyze and report on the allocation of investments across SHaPE's Practice priorities. Work closely with the Finance team to gather data on how investments are distributed and assess their return on investment (ROI), helping leadership to make informed decisions about future investments. Collect and structure data related to client activation campaigns. Analyze this information to determine the campaigns' ROI, identify key takeaways, and assess the client conversion rate. Communicate these findings to leadership to keep them informed of the campaigns' progress. Analyze global reports on client activation and identify insights regarding specific subsectors that are experiencing a loss of traction. Investigate what is contributing to this trend and propose short- and long-term strategies to address the challenges and achieve the Practice's strategic goals. Help identify and shape client priorities by analyzing the client landscape, surfacing client needs, and conducting competitive analysis. Drive white & grey space analysis and identify potential opportunities/ gaps. Help accelerate the execution of client priority initiatives in close collaboration with various practices, regions, and service lines. Responsible for core operational processes around the maintenance of high-quality client activation portfolio and collaborate closely with client development and client capabilities teams to ensure access to all resources. Own maintenance of the COM and input to other Firm databases. Lead community-building activities for client activation colleagues in SHaPE NA. Be the go-to person for practitioners and affiliates with regard to client activation portfolio, tools, and network.Qualified applicants for this role must possess a Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent. Qualified Minimum five (5) years of experience working with strategic planning and performance reporting, including understanding KPIs, setting performance goals, analyzing data, and reporting results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Experience must include: proficiency in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; proficiency in using Alteryx, Tableau Prep, or any other analytics automation platform; and proficiency in using Tableau or any other data visualization software.
