Overview

Facilities Administrative Services is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a key administrative position.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities
  • The candidate will be responsible for scheduling, monitoring, tracking and organizing various data related to facilities operations.
  • The individual will frequently interact with internal and external customers, as well as outside agencies.
  • Candidate is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant corporate policies and for meeting established timeframes and deadlines.
  • Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, securing the timely payment and tracking of invoices.
  • The candidate will be responsible for verifying line-item accuracy and ensuring documents are verified against purchase orders, vendor releases, invoices, etc.
  • The candidates responsibilities will also include managing the work order system and organizing and maintaining related documentation.
  • The individual is also responsible for word processing, record-keeping, timekeeping, document filing, processing and coordinating resources.
  • Assist with preparation of spreadsheets and reports as well as organizing and scheduling meetings and events.
  • Travel to other company sites may be required.
  • Perform other related tasks and assignments as needed.

Qualifications

Required Education/Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
Relevant Work Experience
  • Knowledge of Manhattan Space Scheduling (MSS), Maximo Service Request and mailroom operations. Preferred

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.
Licenses And Certfications
  • Driver's License Required
Physical Demands
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday
  • Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday
  • Possess manual dexterity and the ability to use hands for the duration of the workday
  • Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and kneel throughout the workday
Additional Physical Demands
  • Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
