We are seeking a Campus Engagement Coordinator for the Alexandria Center for Life Science campuses in New York City. This individual’s primary responsibilities are to provide best-in-class customer service to the Alexandria community, assist in cultivating a robust collaborative tenant engagement experience, and support amenity management across the New York City region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Directly engage and provide exceptional, “white glove” customer service to all tenants of Alexandria’s premier life science assets in New York City.

  • In partnership with the Regional Market Director and head of Asset Services, and in-house designer ideate, plan, market, and execute best-in-class collaborative campus events and exclusive tenant programming.

  • Interface with Asset Services, LaunchLabs, Building IT/AV, Building Engineering, and vendor teams to coordinate timely response to tenants regarding campus improvements, repairs and maintenance.

  • Work closely with Alexandria’s 3rd party operated, on-site restaurant and conference center amenity operations at Riverpark, Little River, and Apella to provide exceptional tenant programming.

  • Assist with new company onboarding processes, tenant welcome packages, access control (security) coordination, visitor/vendor access, and guest registration.

  • Manage tenant communications, including distribution lists, company profiles, events calendar, ARE HUB Intranet Platform and email blasts, etc.

  • Coordinate with the Asset Services team to manage regional amenities and services, including: parking/shuttle service operations, hospitality operator management, and Alexandria Sky Gym Fitness Center operations.

  • Act as critical regional coordinator of national programming platform and assist with regional thought leadership events.

  • Monitor and manage IT/AV resources in shared meeting rooms.

  • Develop contact lists and maintain regional outlook contacts database.

  • Organize Alexandria team events and meetings, including volunteer opportunities, and manage Alexandria NYC office and pantry supplies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in amenity management, events or hospitality, preferably in a collaborative or shared working environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Possess a general interest in life sciences.

  • Motivated and proactive with client focused attitude.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with individuals at all levels, provide guidance, and great customer service.

  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.

The expected base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 USD annually, plus annual discretionary bonus. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the consideration of many factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the individual’s knowledge, experience, education, qualifications, skills, job location, and the Company’s compensation practices.
