We're looking for a Business Operations Associate to join our growing Business Operations team. You will be responsible for designing and executing high-priority initiatives to improve the organization's operational efficiency. You will work cross-functionally with Member and Provider Services, Analytics, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Account Management, Sales, Client Solutions and Product. You will serve as a strategic advisor to these departments and their leadership to develop synthesized recommendations and implement scalable solutions that support our staff and systems.
What you'll do...
Consult, strategize with and support internal teams on top priority strategic projects to operationalize process enhancements and implement scalable solutions.
Gather and analyze large amounts of information quickly to problem-solve, develop insightful recommendations, and clearly articulate actionable next steps.
Build consensus and drive accountability among cross-functional stakeholders, while influencing recommendations and decision-making within leadership audiences.
Create and maintain documentation to improve, sustain, and scale cross-functional processes.
Analyze operational performance of projects after execution to assess key business metrics.
Foster and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
About you...
At least three years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations or a similar role where you owned complex operational projects from end-to-end
Bachelor's degree; preferred in business or healthcare administration
Demonstrated ability to design and implement operational and technical processes to meet business requirements
Adaptive, curious, and inquisitive, a natural problem solver who enjoys synthesizing complex problems
Self-starter who takes initiative, works independently, and thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once while prioritizing across competing projects
A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse functions, backgrounds, and working styles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and ability to efficiently work with large volumes of data and pivot tables
Able to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days/week in our NYC office

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $85,000 - 90,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
