Lyft, Inc has an opening for a Business Analytics Manager in New York, NY - hyrbid work schedule. Responsible for helping scale fleet management capabilities and expand operations by assessing current business operations, driving improvements, and making data driven decisions to solve complex business analytical problems. Partner with business and leadership to lead strategic analysis and thinking, financial modeling, and cost analysis. Define critical KPIs and metrics to support cross functional teams, manage performance, create operational rigor, and proactively seek ways to improve the business. Partner with technical teams to build scalable data architecture to support reporting, visualization, dashboard, and tools development. Develop insights through reports, dashboards, and advanced analytics and build narratives and strategic recommendations to support key-decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Three (3) years of experience in job offered, analytics, or related occupation. Any amount of experience in the additional requirements below will be acceptable unless specific amount is noted. Additional requirements: Prior academic background or work experience to include: 1) Experience with data models, BI methodologies, and data architecture principles. 2) Experience with SQL and working with raw data sets. 3) Experience with synthesizing current business intelligence or trend data. 4) Experience with generating standard or custom business, financial, or economic reports.
