Business Analyst (Citadel Enterprise Americas Services LLC - New York, NY); Multiple positions available: We are offering a salary range of $195,000 to $235,000 per year. Responsible for ensuring platform priorities are aligned with the business strategy, roadmap, and platform’s technical and operational governance. Provide strategic input over design decisions and integration to ensure a seamless user experience. Manage relationships across the application stakeholders in the global Control Room, business, compliance, and technology to resolve issues and escalations. Manage the full automation book of work and end-to-end lifecycle including Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and finding of new automation opportunities. Analyzing complex data underlying Control Room processes related to Restricted List Management, Event Driven Reporting, and Position Control and Monitoring. Responsible for communicating across the Global Control Room, businesses, compliance, technology in documenting, prioritizing technical and functional requirements, process flow diagram, user experience design, and managing requirement changes and maintaining requirements traceability. Manage the overall platform testing strategy including defining the test plan, designing test cases, and executing User Acceptance Testing to support the Global Control Room, and managing impacted systems and teams.Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related quantitative field and 1 year of experience in financial services. Must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Data management and analytics including Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Quality, Governance and Data Management; Technology architecture including vendor applications, implementation services, and technology infrastructure/architecture; Working with the design, development, and modification and deployment of software, including object-oriented programming concepts with using design standards and best practices; and Configuring operational and administration related parameters such as roles and permissions, user attributes regions, activity patterns.
