ManpowerGroup Business Analyst - NYC in New York, New York
Interviews week of Dec 23rd between 8 am - 12 EST (Available candidate can apply!)
Role: Business Analyst
Location: NYC, NY – 10013 (Remote)
Position type: 4+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion
Pay range: $90 - $100/hr on W2
Business Analyst: execute BRDs, UAT testing, complete User guides and have technical writing proficiency.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Meeting with stakeholders (business, technology/developers, etc.) to understand needs and requirements for an application to support Enterprise Risk Management Training Program
Documenting and contributing to the development of business requirements document in a clear and concise manner, using tools like use cases, user stories, or process flows
Analyzing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and make appropriate recommendations
Explaining requirements to Technology/developer partners
Ensuring the requirements/system meets security, data, privacy and compliance standards
System Design:
Overseeing and executing business specific tasks related to system design and build
Partnering with Technology/developers to answer requirements related questions
Testing:
Developing and executing user acceptance test cases to ensure system meets requirements and intended functions
Developing test data for user acceptance testing
Identifying and reporting defects and issues to business management and the development team
Collaborating with Technology/developers/QA team to ensure through testing coverage
Implementation/Deployment:
Working with the Technology teams to prepare and upload existing and reference data to new system
Partnering with Technology teams to deploy system into Production
Developing user guides, process documents/flows, training materials to provide training and support to end-users
Providing support during the go-live phases after deployment to Production
Documentation and Communication:
Creating system documentation, including user manuals, system flows, process documents/flows and project plans
Preparing user communication
Documenting, and responding to user inquiries
