Responsibilities: - Maintain the budget module in MIP accounting system. - Monitor the in-house position control system with day to day changes of salary budget and actual salary cost allocation. - Reconcile the salary expenses between two systems PCS and MIP monthly basis. - Analyze the budget trends, variances, and historical financial performance of assigned building portfolio. - Prepare monthly budget variance reports and quarterly forecast reports at both consolidated level at individual program and building level for Senior Management. - Assist preparing contract and grant budget or compliance with contract and grant terms and conditions.

Qualifications: - BA/BS degree required. - Demonstrated experience in financial analysis or budgeting. - Excellent written and spoken communications skills. - Proficiency in word, excel and search. - Experience with budgeting and accounting software MIP preferred.
