We collaborate with all businesses and teams to develop and deliver content that tells the Moody's brand story.Role/ResponsibilitiesWe're looking for a Brand Strategy Associate to join our evolving Digital Content and Brand Experience team. In this role, you'll be a key player in identifying content opportunities that align with business objectives and help execute our brand strategy, brand engagement, and sponsorship strategy. If you're passionate about brand building, this is the role for you.As a Brand Strategy Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in protecting and growing an iconic brand. You'll be part of a dynamic team that drives direction for the organization on brand usage and envisions future brand opportunities. This role involves engaging with a global team, including Moody's executives, product marketing, communicators, legal and compliance, internal subject matter experts, content marketers, and more, to deliver guidance that meets business objectives and enhances engagement and results.This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a company undergoing a transformation. The role has significant senior leadership exposure and is an opportunity to share your unique point of view, and create a new path forward, driving success for one of the world's most iconic brands.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Maintain a consistent brand strategy across internal and external audiences. Serve as a brand ambassador to the corporation, partners, and stakeholders.Overseeing all aspects of the Moody's brand - assisting in daily reviews of content, creating reviewing and socializing brand guidelines, developing policies related to the management of the brand.Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams on the strategic management of Moody's brand architecture, naming and trademarks.Demonstrate creative leadership between executional partners and business partners to help translate the brand into their marketing plans.Partner with cross-functional teams to continue the evolution of our brand, as well as with events, content, social and digital teams..Work collaboratively with a strong team of brand and creative content specialists, including Design, Production, Digital, Data Visualization, and Video.Assist with the development, implementation and measurement of all global brand campaigns.Optimize agency relationships for consistent brand visibility and experienceLead day-to-day management and strategic integration of our brand and branded assets as part of our corporate sponsorships.Measure, report on results, and provide recommendations to optimize our brand management based on adoption, usage and results. Manage overall strategic vision, marketing and measurement for the Moody's Company Store.Lead overall strategy and operations of global stationery program.Assist with the development, submission and amplification of brand-related awards.Skills:Have a growth mindset, be willing to take on new challenges, own projects from start to finish, see ways to do things differently, and test and learn.Ability to work in a matrixed organization with a cross-functional team.Mix of creative and analytical strengths: strong creative point of view combined with analytical mindset.Collaborative and diplomatic by nature, but also willing to take a stand to protect the Moody's brand.Energetic, positive, and resilient with a demonstrated ability to influence, build relationships, and drive projects among cross-functional stakeholders.Experienced team leader - prioritizes work, provides thoughtful direction, and invests in professional development of team.Required experience:Bachelor's degree in marketing, integrated marketing, branding or communications, preferred.Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with experience in brand experiences and sponsorshipsAt least 3+ years of specific brand management experience, preferably at a large Fortune 500 or similar global organizationLegal right to work in the US. Remote candidates accepted, with Eastern or Central US time zones preferred (or willingness to work those hours).For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $94,250, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
