Provide data analysis to design and build SitusAMC"s portfolio of commercial real estate (CRE) technologies and solutions that includes both internal software applications and industry leading origination and asset management enterprise SaaS applications used by large banks and lenders. Develop and implement analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software. Responsible for the data analytics behind the design and delivery of new, innovative features for our current customers and the product roadmap. Work closely with Product Owners to provide leadership and direction to agile teams and Business Analysts during sprints. Support the Product Owner in the management, prioritization, and execution of the roadmap. Lead the requirements, design, and release planning of new features, breaking large feature sets into user stories that enable iteration and incremental delivery. Clean and manipulate raw data using statistical software. Assist Product Owners to define and promote the product vision and roadmap for RISE products. Support Product Owners in the planning and prioritization of the product backlog. Identify business problems or management objectives that can be addressed through data analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze data, develop models and reports, and recommend data-drive solutions to ensure efficient financial portfolio management and informed decision making. Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product design and requirements to enhance user satisfaction. Apply data mining, data modeling, data analysis, natural language processing, and machine leaming to extract and analyze information from large structured and unstructured datasets. Write new functions and applications in programming languages to conduct analyses. Design and deploy dashboards and data analysis reports to identify financial product opportunities and communicate insights from large volumes of data. Utilize the following in perofrming duties: optimize ETL processes, SQL, Python, R, Excel, Alleryx, and Tableau. Must have a Master of Science Degree in Finance, Mathematical Finance, or foreign equivalent, and 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist of Substantially similar position.
