The Crest North America team is looking to hire an Account Executive, a critical role for very fluid and active piece of business. The Account Executive works closely with greater account team, agency teams, and clients to coordinate and input on strategic development, creative development, and tactical execution for clients’ marketing campaigns in North America. This Account Executive will be the ‘composers of the orchestra’ and are essential to make the process, and creative work, wonderful and effective! The specific piece of business is focused on beauty and trends and really has an opportunity to make an impact in the agency and with the business. The team is composed of passionate, high-energy, collaborative members that partner closely alongside an equally collaborative and engaged brand team.

Responsibilities

  • Correspond daily with Brand Team to ensure needs and expectations are met – become the main day-to-day contact for many brand members

  • Partner on new product initiatives and projects with internal teams; work closely with partner agencies to execute integrated communication programs.

  • Spearheads all Digital, Social and/or Print creative development/activation from brief to release and be main Account liaison with Brand, Creatives, IP’s, Strategy and Print Producers.

  • Forward think/anticipate future internal and client check in’s and meetings (i.e., creative briefings, set up check-ins with project manager, ensuring there is time to review presentation materials with the team).

  • Work closely with AS to create production timelines, take into consideration partner timelines and overall support the business needs.

  • Support all aspects of TV production process; Support team on shoots

  • Mentor and manage AAE, manage AAE in ensuring tasks are completed

  • Lead weekly status calls with partner Agencies and Brand team.

Qualifications

Other requirements:

  • Approximately 2-3 years of advertising/marketing experience

  • CPG experience a plus

Compensation Range: $46,500.00 - $68,500.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 10/09/2024.
