Job Duties/Description:•Conduct overall design studies for projects ranging from master planning, architecture, to art and exhibition projects, in aspects including building planning, facade, parking, traffic, detail development, material, FF&E, and curatorial studies. •3D modeling using software like rhino, blender. Prepare drawing sets through schematic design and design development. •Weekly coordination with building and art consultants. •Perform visualization for milestone presentations, competition deliverables, donor meetings, and press. •Create images using rendering software like v-ray and enscape.•Manage multiple interdisciplinary design projects.•Perform physical model making, mock-up making.Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelor or higher degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program. 3 months of experience. (Note - this job requires 3 months of experience despite "none" experience required selected above. System does not have option for 3 months.) Strong skills in conceptual design, building planning, detailing, and visualization. Experience with interdisciplinary projects including performing arts, sustainable building projects using mass timber, and historically significant buildings. Able to solve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions. Knowledge of Middle East architecture and art history. Skilled user of Rhino, V-ray, Enscape, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
