We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team. The role encompasses two primary positions: Project Professional and Project Designer. As a Project Professional, you will lead projects for Corporate, Commercial, Workplace, Retail, and Branch Banking practices, focusing on the technical development of projects. As a Project Designer, you will lead projects within the same sectors, focusing on the creative development of projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects for Corporate, Commercial, Workplace, Retail, and Branch Banking practices.

• For Project Professionals: Responsible for the technical development of projects from Design Development (DD) to Construction Administration (CA) under the direction of Project Managers (PMs) and Project Architects (PAs).

• For Project Designers: Responsible for the creative development of projects including concept, Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), and Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) under the direction of PMs and Senior Designers.

• Collaborate with peers and juniors to ensure project success.

• Assemble full Construction Documents in a team setting.

• Develop concepts, presentations, FF&E packages, and Schematic Design and Design Development sets.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

• 5 years of professional experience (candidates with 3+ years may be considered if they have strong portfolios or come from notable competitors).

• Proficiency in Revit with demonstrated professional experience.

• Experience in Commercial Interiors projects, including office spaces, building lobbies, and amenity spaces.

• Technical experience in assembling full Construction Documents and Construction Administration.

• Design experience in developing concepts, presentations, FF&E packages, Schematic Design, and Design Development sets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Licensed Architect or Interior Designer preferred.

• Strong communication skills with internal and external parties.

• Understanding of NYC and/or National Building Code.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
