Description

⁃ Responsible for tracking and analysing the brands Key Performance Indicators to gain a deeper understanding of brand health

⁃ Aid strategic decision making thorough clear analysis of brand and market performance

⁃ Undertake analytical projects and build reports as requested by Sales & Marketing Teams

⁃ Attend Demand Review meetings as required and support with retail trend analysis

⁃ Support retailer strategy meetings as needed

⁃ Work collaboratively with corporate enterprise team to gain qualitative feedback on results

Retail:

⁃ Work closely with NAM to ensure retail targets are completed on a timely basis

⁃ Review and submit the monthly field targets along with the ASEM's to ensure targets we drive productivity by door

⁃ Provide the Sales Team with the relevant retail information to support them with strategic targeting. Provide historical data, retailer activity, new launch expectation.

⁃ Build and maintain new launch sell through trackers

Consumer Insights:

⁃ Providing relevant and beneficial consumer insights using available internal and external data

⁃ Responsible for providing clear business KPI's such as footfall traffic, conversion, data capture etc

⁃ Take a proactive approach in ensuring insights are easily accessible to the team by sharing the internal data reports and assisting the team in ongoing training

⁃ Analyse NPD Reports provided by the Corporate Team based on brand and competitor performance

General:

⁃ Ensure integrity of sales data held in systems Work closely with the BI / Master Data team and retail partners to improve quality of sales data

⁃ Category and channel analysis

⁃ Productivity and FTE maintenance and communication

⁃ Global information requests and sharing of analysis ⁃ Monitor closely New Door Openings and Door Closures and their impact on the overall business

⁃ Support the Door Categorisation initiative and help the brand allocating resources efficiently

Qualifications

This individual should possess a strong aptitude for figures, have a sound knowledge of the retail landscape and the capability to view the data from a commercial lens.

An expert in excel and passionate about analysing and extracting insight from data.
