Job Description

The Analyst of Investment Excellence is responsible for day-to-day digital media buy activation and hygiene on the Inspire Media Engine (IME) Investment team. The Analyst must understand the importance of ensuring media buys run and deliver as planned and that timely vendor invoicing and budget management of those buys occurs.

The Analyst must be nimble with the ability to manage multiple work streams effectively, be self-sufficient as well as collaborative, demonstrate the ability to manage up, be solutions-oriented and has passion for the details in the work.

  • General

  • Plays a key role in all aspects of campaign activation and consistently drives activation excellence as it relates to digital media programs.

  • Proficient knowledge of media activation, verification, and trafficking/reporting platforms (e.g. Prisma/MediaOcean, DCM/CM, Ad Verification & Brand Safety platforms)

  • Manages campaigns inputs into Prisma, vendor and fee IO creation, fee tracking, EOM delivery reports, vendor RFIs and invoice reconciliation, including discrepancy resolution.

  • Daily maintenance of active campaigns – daily and post-launch QAs, ongoing trafficking updates, accuracy in taxonomy creation and new taxonomy value requests, updating of campaigns and issuing of new IOs, ensuring IOs are all up-to-date and approved by vendors, etc.

  • Assist with audits and reporting needs.

  • Manages up to Supervisor and Associate Directors to regularly to keep them informed on important project and internal team updates.

  • Elevate issues and opportunities as needed.

  • Ensure tasks are executed to the highest level of quality – on time and with efficiency.

  • Build rapport with various team members and departments to ensure excellence relative to core tasks and responsibilities.

  • Financial Stewardship

  • Partners with Supervisor to ensure accuracy of monthly client billing.

  • Supports to ensure vendor invoicing and reconciliation, which includes but is not limited to Insertions orders are up to date accurate, accepted, weekly and monthly billing reports, RFIs (request for invoices), and discrepancy resolution.

  • Ensures Prisma inputs are accurate and QA against authorizations and planned budgets.

  • Daily Project Management & Maintenance

  • Prepares and delivers trafficking requests that follows agreed to processes, taxonomy, and timelines.

  • Updates status documents/project trackers.

  • Supports Supervisor with the following deliverables:

  • Campaign builds

  • Taxonomy compliance

  • Billing deadlines

  • RFI/reconciliation

  • Platform Tax and Agency Fees

  • Budget management & tracking (planned and actualized)

  • Managing traffic requests with partners, clients, and internal investment and media teams

  • Accurate and timely audit deliverable delivery

  • Share ideas and solutions for pain points/problems in processes; work alongside internal teams to develop best practices, enhancements, and tools to improve them.

  • Helps with the project management, development, and growth of associate-level team members.

  • Support and provide guidance to junior team members with day-to-day tasks.

  • Keep manager informed on project, task and performance progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, consumer insights or equivalent

  • Agency experience highly preferred

  • 1+ years of media buying experience

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse groups.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with the ability to think unconventionally in proposing solutions.

  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively and work well under pressure to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

  • MS Office: Excel proficiency is a must.

  • Knowledge of Prisma and CM360/DCM

  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $50,000-65,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
