As Analyst, Digital Operations, you will play a key role in helping our artists deliver music to their fans. Your role would act as an account manager, providing support to our labels by overseeing the digital supply chain from order to delivery, providing research on operations, and implementing process improvements. This is a unique opportunity to influence how music reaches listeners around the world.

What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on supply chain operations
  • Engage with necessary team members to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve supply chain issues
  • Support process improvements to our overall digital supply chain
  • Facilitate testing and UAT support for system rollouts
  • Support Partner Operations team on external partner requests including release troubleshooting, triggering redeliveries and partner communications
Who you are:
  • You have 1-3 years of experience working with digital supply chain/general index databases
  • A thoughtful, organized and results-oriented professional
  • An excellent communicator and enthusiastic collaborator who works well with team members, external partners, and senior management
  • You are proficient in communicating in Spanish
  • You have a strategic mindset and lean on data to inform and track business goals

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
New York Pay Range
$62,400-$72,000 USD

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.

Minimum Salary: 31200.00 Maximum Salary: 31200.00 Salary Unit: Yearly
