Description We are providing a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the E-Business/Commerce industry, located in New York, New York for an Accounts Payable Specialist. This role involves handling full cycle accounts payable tasks in an efficient and organized manner.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications.

• Maintenance of precise customer credit records.

• Resolution of customer inquiries in a timely manner.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action.

• Utilize accounting software systems for various accounting functions.

• Handle account coding tasks accurately.

• Utilize ADP- Financial Services for financial tasks.

• Use Concur for travel and expense management.

• Apply ERP- Enterprise Resource Planning for managing business processes.

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) tasks efficiently.

• Apply accrual accounting principles in financial tasks.

• Carry out auditing tasks as per company guidelines.

• Manage Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding

• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledge of Concur

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions

• Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Accrual Accounting

• Auditing skills

• Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes
