What We’re Looking For

  • Experience building exceptional diverse and inclusive teams.

  • 15+ years of experience in software development, with preferably at least 10 years in building security products. This role requires significant technical depth and breadth.

  • Proven experience building consensus across large organizations for your ideas and those of your peers; ability to both influence and get things done within your team as well as cross-functionally across the organization.

  • Strong internal and external communication skills; experience working with a variety of business functions.

  • Experience using data and evidence based decision frameworks to drive strategy.

  • High emotional intelligence, adaptable, and comfortable with change.

  • Strong understanding of security principles, methodologies, and technologies, along with experience in building scalable systems.
