One Family.Job Summary Rich's is growing our global S/4HANA Transformation Office delivery team. We are looking for a collaborative, self-directed, and globally focused individual to join our team to support Rich Product's corporate global growth strategy. Our team is focused on replacing manual and outdated processes and systems with newer digital solutions to modernize our ERP and supply chain capabilities. In this role you will routinely work with leaders from across the globe and at WHQ to create new solutions.The Director, IT Financial Applications reports to the SAP Transformation IS Program Director and will be responsible for managing, overseeing, and coordinating the program activities of the SAP System environment and associated Business Software Applications through support of best practices. The position will support various aspects of SAP S4Hana implementation and enhancements for Accounting and Financial Planning and Analysis teams. This leader will be the primary finance champion of SAP related initiatives and work closely with other S/4 Program workstreams. Should possess ability to quickly troubleshoot and problem-solve issues in tight windows as well as work collaboratively with several departments within and outside of Finance and IT.Working at Rich's, we believe in a flexible work environment. Whether that's working a day in our newly renovated headquarters or a day at home by using our cutting-edge technologies to deliver results from anywhere.Key Accountabilities and Outcomes * Manage and guide a team of SAP functional team members and system integration partners and vendors to ensure project milestones are met and internal IT engagement with partners.* Foster a cooperative and productive working environment within the IT team, providing direction and support throughout the project.* Collaborate with SAP implementation partners/vendors to ensure project milestones are met and internal IT engagement with partners.* Partner with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, and other Digital service line teams as well as user community to ensure successful and timely capturing of business requirements.* Lead/Support prototyping, functional design, cross-module integration, and guide the business in utilizing the platform functionality to the best extent possible, including reviewing business processes and system integration challenges.* Make sure SAP out of the box (global template) is adhered to and need to validate/address any deviations.* Identify capabilities, tools, standards, and best practices necessary to meet functional area objectives, emerging issues, and future needs.* Work with the Enterprise Architects and the business to successfully perform gap analysis for complex projects and to translate the business requirements and business processes into functional design specifications.* Provide guidance to Finance Leadership, in collaboration with IT FICO experts on building out SAP ERP technology solutions that transform Finance functions* Provide oversight of accounting master data* Lead Accounting and FP&A staff training and related initiatives* Excellent understanding of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), Financial and Treasury processes (AP, AR, GL, fixed Asset, Treasury, Consolidation, Revenue Recognition, etc..), Product Costing, Profitability, and Financial Reporting.* Guide the testing cycles as well as perform cutover activities for go-live preparation* Well versed in end-to-end business process (P2P, MTS, PTM, O2C, Financial (Assets, AR, AP, Financial Master data, Cash), Controlling, Consolidations. Financial reporting tool integration a plus* Compile process flow maps, perform process gap analysis and support SOP development* Design, lead and maintain project plans in successful implementation and technological enhancementsKnowledge, Experience and Skills * Minimum of 10 years of experience working with SAP* Minimum of one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA green field implementation experience desired* Ideal candidate has previous accounting background and has spent several years in audit or accounting roles* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or equivalent* CPA or CMA certification preferred, but not required* 6+ years' experience with Customization and configuration of systems, experience in leading / handling implementations and end-to-end delivery responsibilities* Experience working in a global environment with localization requirements* Strong leadership and team management skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management* Ability to travel up to 25% globally, as needed#LI-BE2#CORP123COMPENSATIONIn accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
