They will work in close collaboration with Cross Functional and Design & Innovation team members to effectively develop and deliver strategic proposals and new product development through developing prototypes, scenarios, system maps, business models, services and experiences, dependent on the challenge at hand, that have real business value. They understand how to translate those strategies into testable prototypes and evaluate them against desirability, feasibility, viability & sustainability as part of a XF team. They are adept at managing highly complex assignments and concurrent initiatives across varied project types. Partnering with the Design Innovation Director and working alongside the cross functional innovation team, they are expected to lead projects and engage with a variety of stakeholders to get input, assess options and influence direction.
