What you'll do:

The Jobsite Monitor works as a staff member of the Walker Montgomery C.D.C. Youth Build program. Primarily responsible for transporting Youth Build participants to and from the job site and monitoring youth in the classroom upon their return from the jobsite. The Jobsite Monitor reports to the Walker Montgomery C.D.C. Director.

To be considered, you should:

  • Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Have 3-5 years of experience working with at-risk youth.

  • Maintain adequate liability vehicle insurance.

  • If required to operate a company vehicle during the course of employment, must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.

  • Be able to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.

  • Be able to utilize resources available to complete assigned projects.

  • Be able to prepare written reports and correspondence.

  • Be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.

  • Be able to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing.

  • Be able to work 40 hours per week with the possibility of a varied schedule.

  • Be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Have excellent organization and time management skills.

  • Be ability to build and maintain positive internal and external relationships.

  • Be ability to provide exemplary customer service to all employees and outside constituents.

  • Be ability to function independently and as a member of a team in a multi-task environment.

  • Be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities, with the ability to adjust to high pressure and rapidly changing business conditions.

  • Be proficient in the use of computers and associated software.
