Complete CNC machine set up and operation

Tool selection and application

Inspection equipment selection, setting and application.

Program retrieval and editing.

Program optimization and efficiency

Accurate and complete job time reporting

Accurate and complete dimension reporting

Material and part traceability per UMW requirements

Quality issue reporting

Communication essential to the success and profitability of our customers and the company

Essential communication to supervision and subsequent shift

Print reading and interpretation

Retrieving correct forms, drawings and specifications pertinent to the job at hand, as needed

Part quality and dimensioning

Proven program archiving

Operating within the parameters company and Quality Department procedures and requirements

Working with parameters of work schedule.
