About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our continued growth and success. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR programs and initiatives that attract, retain, and develop top talent. You will partner with leadership across the organization to ensure our HR strategy aligns with business objectives and drives organizational performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, development, and succession planning.

  • Cultivate a strong employee-centric culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, talent development, and high performance.

  • Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk across all HR functions, including managing government reporting.

  • Partner with leaders to provide strategic guidance on talent management, development, and succession planning.

  • Analyze workforce data and trends to identify opportunities for organizational change and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with leadership to establish competitive compensation and benefits programs for manufacturing staff.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs based on identified needs and business goals.

  • Oversee the development and execution of succession planning initiatives for the location.

  • Provide direct leadership and supervision to the HR team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of progressive HR management experience, with at least 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic HR programs that support business objectives.

  • Strong understanding of labor relations, employee relations, and talent management practices.

  • Experience working with and supporting an hourly workforce.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and HRIS systems (experience with SuccessFactors a plus).

  • SHRM certification preferred.

  • Knowledge of applicable employment law, EEO regulations, compensation and benefits principles, and safety regulations (OSHA).

  • Demonstrated maturity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
