WSP USA Fare Business Administrator in New Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

This Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Fare Business Administrator for our Philadelphia, PA office. This is a full-time position based at our client's site in Center City. The role involves working with our Transit & Rail Revenue Management Team and being part of a growing organization that aims to meet our client’s objectives and solve their challenges.

Your Impact

  • Preparing Excel spreadsheets and supporting various office functions and activities in order to ensure project and administrative needs are met.

  • Interacting with subcontractors and vendors for key clients to ensure they are under contract and that invoicing is approved.

  • Assisting with project billing and unit cost review.

  • Ensuring accuracy of monthly estimates, final estimates, and project correspondence.

  • Monitoring project schedule adherence.

  • Preparing various reports such as project status, project budgets, schedules, etc.

  • Delivering and retrieving various project documents throughout the fare collection group (travel to field office sites as required).

  • Exercising responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct, and adhering to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.

  • Performing additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • Two years of experience in administrative or professional work.

  • At least two years of the required experience must have involved contract administration for multi-million-dollar contracts.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet schedules and multitask across multiple projects.

  • Strong mathematical, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Taking responsibility and accountability for ensuring the project produces the required results in terms of scope, milestones, quality, and budget.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
