Responsibilities
Support business development team by reviewing Request for Proposals (RFPs) contract requirements.
Prepare and negotiate Non-disclosure and Teaming Agreements consistent with company policies, legal requirements, prime contract and required flow downs.
Assist with the review and negotiation of Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements received from external prime contract teaming partners in accordance with company policies, legal requirements.
Review solicited and unsolicited proposals for submission to customers.
Prepare and submit RFP packages for proposal team members.
Assist project team with the preparation of pre-and post -award RFPs for procurement transactions, including subcontracts, consultant agreements, materials and other backup documentation required for both internal and external audits
Assist with the Administration/management of the entire life cycle of various prime contract and subcontract types, i.e. IDIQ, CPFF, FFP & T&M, from proposal negotiations to contract modifications through contract close-out.
Identify and work with internal functional groups and project team to resolve complex problems, including termination issues, utilizing previous job knowledge, reference and source documents, in house Legal, (Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), case history, etc.) and advanced analytical tools.
Work regularly with FAR, Multiple Award schedules, proposal developments, statements of work, cost and pricing data, contractual flow-down, cost accounting standards (CAS), bids, prices, terms of payment, and availability of services to be provided.
Ensures internal contractual compliance with the terms and conditions of contracts and compliance with designated management objectives.
Work with internal departments concerning specific contract questions, issues, and problems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study
Minimum of two years’ experience in a Contract Administrator or similar role. Direct and relevant experience can be substituted for the degree requirement.
Working knowledge of IDIQ, CPFF, FFP and T&M types of contracts.
Ability to develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity..
Strong planning and organization skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experienced in contract negotiations.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

USD $50,000.00/Yr. Up to USD $60,000.00/Yr.
