Here's what you'd do: Responsible for the Creation of job numbers Performing Accounts Receivable processes to include invoicing, cash collections of overdue invoices, and research overdue invoices within the accounting system Verification of timekeeping/hours worked in Kronos Generating biweekly payroll reports Maintaining attendance spreadsheet of hourly/salaried employees Provide support for inventory counts, as needed Other Accounting projects, as needed Here's what you'll get: Pay: $24.00 / hr. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years experience in supporting the preparation, verification process, and maintenance in a variety of one or more general accounting functions. Minimum of 2 years experience in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Associate Degree Bachelor's Degree SAP, Kronos experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
