RGP Director of Accounting in New Jersey

RGP is seeking an experienced Director of Accounting with strong accounting skills and expertise in Epicor. The ideal candidate will support our client in the specialty vehicle manufacturing industry. This person will be proficient in managing income statements, balance sheets, expense allocations, and closing the books.

  • Prepare and analyze income statements and balance sheets.

  • Manage expense allocations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Oversee the month-end close process.

  • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting.

  • Handle cost allocations and standard costing procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

  • Strong accounting skills with hands-on experience in Epicor (must have).

  • Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and cost allocations.

  • Expertise in income statements, balance sheets, and month-end close processes.

  • Ability to work part-time (15-20 hours per week) and remote.

  • Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
