5. Must be able to troubleshoot machinery to determine the root cause of the problem
6. Perform detailed scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance services on machinery in a safe, efficient manner.
7. Must keep work area neat, clean, and well-organized at all times.
8. Must have basic knowledge of using measuring tools.
9. Must perform work both efficiently and precisely.
10. Must keep all tools clean and maintained on a regular basis.
11. Assist with plant start-ups and shut-downs
12. Must have basic knowledge of reading mechanical drawings.

1. Trained to ultimately assemble and disassemble complex mold tooling for cleaning and repair.

• Cleaning includes disassembling molds, cleaning each piece of tooling, and inspecting for wear and damage.

2. Perform in-run mold maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating of molds and components when required.
3. Maintain Mold Prep supplies and shop cleanliness (i.e. sweeping, mopping, cleaning machinery, etc.)

1. Maintain all machines, auxiliaries throughout the premises.
2. Perform scheduled maintenance checks on all forklifts.
3. Must have knowledge of all equipment and their uses.
