Job Title: Mechanical Designer/Drafter

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Mechanical Designer/Drafter, focusing on powertrain automation projects including GM Engine retool and New Line automation assembly. This role involves modifying, detailing, and reversing engineering drawings, as well as assisting engineers with file management and solving layout drawing issues. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and perform new detailing and layout design work. Your daily responsibilities will evolve based on the needs of our engineers, ensuring a versatile and engaging work environment.

The role is based in the mechanical engineering department, comprising 70% computer work and 30% collaboration with engineers and shop staff. The candidate must be versatile and adaptable to changing daily duties.
