Crops: Annuals, Arugula, Beans, Beets, Bell peppers, Bok choy, Broccoli, Cabbage, kale, collards, Carrots, Celery, Cilantro, Cut flowers, Eggplant, Endives, Fennel, Garlic, Green beans, Head lettuces, Lavender, Lettuce, Melons, Napa cabbages, Onions, Parsley, Peas, Peppers, Potatoes, Radishes, Pumpkins, Root crops, Spinach, Spring mix, Spring onions, Squashes, Sweet potatoes, Swiss chard, Tomatoes, Tomatillos, Turnips, Vegetables and melons, Zucchini

Farmworkers will be involved in all stages and aspects of vegetable production, including: seeding, watering, transplanting, cultivating, crop maintenance, tractor work (for soil prep, transplanting, mowing, etc.), weeding, harvesting, and post-harvest washing and packing on the farm.

Workers who possess a valid drivers license and meet all applicable legal requirements, including holding a doctors certificate as required by 29 CFR 500.105, may be asked to drive vehicles for transporting workers, goods, or commodities on company business. This task is voluntary, compensable, and not a mandatory job duty. Workers without a valid drivers license or doctors certificate will still be fully eligible for employment and are not disqualified from any other job responsibilities outlined in this application. The employer can and will make alternative arrangements for the transportation of workers should the need arise.

Requirements: * 3 months experience of the duties mentioned * Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds * Exposure to extreme temperatures * Extensive pushing/pulling/sitting/walking, * Frequent stooping, and repetitive movements
