Liberty Diversified International Senior Manager Brand & Insights in New Hope, Minnesota

Description The Senior Manager Brand & Insights is responsible for developing branding strategies, maintaining multiple brand standards across the organization, implementing marketing initiatives, capturing, and synthesizing customer feedback, commercialization of new products concurrent with managing a team to achieve the company's goals. Additionally, this role analyzes industry trends and competitors to ensure brand relevance within core markets and category segments. This full-time position will be reporting to the VP of Product & Marketing at our Safco New Hope, MN location. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develops and maintain a framework to capture and communicate market insights and customer feedback to support the advancement of product design and innovation. Ensures, consistent brand messaging through partnership with Sales, Channel Marketing, Category Management, and other related functions. Develops and maintains media outlet relationships and publications to promote branding and new product introductions. Owns and manages overall media calendar and social media content for assigned brands. Analyzes and understand the needs of internal and external clients. Conceptualizes and leads the development of creative brand concepts, product launch assets, and website content across brands and vertical markets. Works with the broader organization to develop integrated marketing strategies. Builds consensus with key stakeholders across departments to advance creative work and innovative marketing initiatives quickly. Provides clear and consistent brand direction to broader team to ensure brand initiatives are align with the annual plan and corporate objectives. Manages major branding events including Neocon. Other duties, as assigned. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 8+ years of experience in brand management and agency management 3+ years of leadership experience Proven success in developing and executing brand strategies Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude Excellent communication and leadership skills PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Master's degree in marketing COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The starting base salary range for this position is $151,000 - $189,000 per year plus eligibility in annual bonus program. The compensation posted is the anticipated pay for the position at the time of the posting. We may pay above or below posted amount based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and/or certifications, skills, experience, or work location. Some positions may qualify for additional compensation in the form of bonuses or deferred compensation options.
