Our client in the Industrial Materials industry is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting the Shipping/Receiving operations. The ideal candidate will have overall warehouse experience and 1+ years of forklift operation experience.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

Location: New Haven, CT

Pay Range: $21/hour

Shift/Hours: Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Operate a forklift to move materials around the warehouse

• Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets

• Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

What's Needed?

• 1 year of minimum forklift operation experience required

• Valid forklift certification is good to have but NOT required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
