MOVIN'

As Manager you will be responsible for overall operations. From local store training to achieving goals. You will help America Run on Dunkin'. You will also help your Restaurant Management Team communicate with team members through performance and training initiatives.

Restaurant Managers must always maintain a customer service focus, passion for results, and a desire to develop a great team. Each Restaurant Manager is responsible for the day-to- day operational, personnel, and financial aspects of his/her store including customer service, employee training, staffing, store appearance, sales, budget control, store safety, and sanitation. If you're a problem solver, with the ability to build a great team and give clear and precise directions time and time again, then apply today!

  • Prior experience at competitor brands such as Starbucks, McDonalds, Burger King, Panera, Krispy Kreme, Chick-fil-a, diner, waiter / waitress, etc. will help with training. Spanish, Espanol, Portuguese multi lingual available

  • Top-notch customer service skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent leadership skills

  • Must submit to a background check
